Membership Plans?

Contractor Verified offers multiple membership levels designed to support contractors, service providers, and businesses in the construction industry. By subscribing to any plan, you agree to the following terms:​​

A. Membership Options

Contractor Verified memberships are available through the following plans:

1. Basic Listing Plan

   • Business listed in the Contractor Verified directory.

   • Access to community updates and homeowner requests.

   • Ability to comment or connect on posted jobs.

   • Support via email and online chat.

2. Verified Contractor Plan ($35/month or $360/year)

   • Includes full business verification badge (license, insurance, business registration).

   • Featured on the Contractor Verified website and social media spotlights.

   • Eligibility to participate in local Verified events and community projects.

   • Early access to partnership opportunities and sponsorships.

   • Permission to use the “Contractor Verified” badge in marketing materials.

3. Preferred Partner Plan (Invite-Only)

   • All Verified Plan benefits, plus:

   • Exclusive advertising at events, online campaigns, and social media.

   • Dedicated marketing features and cross-promotional content.

   • Listing priority above standard members.

   • Access to data insights, leads, and regional referral programs.

   • Personal business support from the Contractor Verified team.

B. Payment Terms

• Membership fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection during checkout.

• Payments are processed automatically through our secure payment system.

• Annual memberships are non-refundable but may be transferred to another business upon written approval.

• Prices are subject to change with notice provided via email or the member portal.

C. Renewal & Cancellation

• All memberships automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

• You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing info@contractorverified.com.

• Cancellation will stop future charges but will not issue refunds for past payments.

• Failure to maintain an active payment method will result in temporary suspension of listing and benefits.

D. Verification & Compliance

To maintain Verified or Preferred Partner status, members must:

• Maintain active insurance and licenses (where required).

• Provide updated documentation annually or upon request.

• Conduct themselves professionally online and in-person during any CV event or community engagement.

• Agree to random compliance checks or updates as part of the Verified program.

If a member’s verification lapses or documentation becomes invalid, Contractor Verified reserves the right to remove the Verified badge or suspend the account until compliance is restored.

E. Member Conduct

Members are expected to:

• Represent themselves and their business truthfully.

• Maintain professional communication with homeowners and partners.

• Avoid false advertising, harassment, or misuse of the Contractor Verified brand.
  Violation of these standards may lead to account termination.

F. Changes to Membership Features

Contractor Verified may update plan features, pricing, or eligibility requirements at any time to reflect platform growth, regulatory changes, or industry improvements. Any substantial change will be communicated via email or posted to your member dashboard.

G. Termination

Contractor Verified reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership without refund if a member:

• Provides false or misleading information,

• Violates community standards or these Terms,

• Engages in unprofessional or unlawful behavior that damages the integrity of the brand or network.
